The following is a short list of items we inspect during the average house inspections. During the inspection process we inspect over 300 different items and installations. We highly recommend you are present at the inspection and follow the inspectors around to recieve as much information as possible. The computer generated inspection report will be sent via email to you with 24 hours after the visual inspection is completed. Termite reports are generated on-site and the Radon testing report will be sent via email after the 48 hour testing period. Thank you

STRUCTURE
ELECTRICAL
Roofing portion: We visually inspect the entire roof inside and outside for any possible concerns. We will climb on any safe accessible roof. Weather and too steep of incline is the only possible exclusions.
​Electrical portion: We inspect and test as many electrical applications and services possible. We visually inspect the inside of the main load center when possible. These are a few of the electrical inspected areas.

Structural portion: We inspect all the visually inspectable areas of the structure insided and outside of the building.

Interior portion: We visually inspect all the interior flooring, ceilings, and walls for possible defects in material and installation.
Exterior portion: We visually inspect all of the exterior siding, trim, flashings, gutters, downspouts, windows, doors, poured concrete surfaces and walls, decks, and various other items for possible defects in material and installation.
Plumbing portion: We visually inspect and mechanically test the plumbing systems in the building for possible defects in material and installation issues.
